We recommend taking a shower beforehand. This helps you feel refreshed and allows the session to be more comfortable and hygienic.

2. Choosing a Private Space

Pick a quiet, private area where you can fully relax. You’ll want enough room to set up your massage table or Reiki space comfortably.

3. Wearing a Robe or Comfortable Clothing

Wear a robe or you may wear loose, comfortable clothing. A private space allows you to change and feel at ease before the session begins.

4. Setting Up Your Space

Create a calm environment:

  • Dim lighting or candles
  • Soft music or silence, whichever you prefer
  • A clean surface for your session supplies
  • Water nearby for hydration after your session

5. Relax and Communicate

Your comfort is my priority. Please share any areas of tension, pain, or energy focus before we begin.
